Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard transit takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your bottle leaves our hands.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States (lower 48 states). Because fine fragrances contain alcohol, they are classified as hazardous materials and are legally restricted to ground-truck transportation. We are actively looking into compliant shipping solutions to safely expand our reach to Alaska and Hawaii in the near future!
Returns & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations surrounding personal care products, as well as the artisanal nature of fine fragrance, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if a scent isn't to your personal taste. We highly recommend reviewing the detailed scent profiles on our product pages before purchasing.
My bottle arrived damaged or leaking. What should I do?
We take immense pride in our packaging, but if your bottle is damaged, cracked, or leaking upon arrival, we will absolutely make it right. Please drop us a line using the support form below within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will ship out a replacement immediately.

We do not offer sample sizes or discovery sets at this time, though it is something we are actively exploring for future collections.
